The third day of fashion week kicked off at The Gramercy Park Hotel where Marchesa’s Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig hosted an afternoon cocktail party to debut their partnership with shopping search engine, ShopStyle. The capsule collection of jackets, blouses, and accessories (available September 9th) brought out a slew of Marchesa fans including Meghan Markle, known to most as Rachel Zane from the (unexpectedly) successful USA Network series, Suits. Markle said, “Today’s event was my favorite because I got to see some familiar faces, but also connect with ladies like Olivia [Palermo]. Truth be told, we seem to have a mutual girl crush.”
Finally – something at NYFW we can actually buy now. Marchesa Voyage founders Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig teamed up with ShopStyle to release six unique pieces in a capsule collection launching September 9. The designers hosted an exclusive event yesterday to give editors and celebrities including Olivia Palermo, Jamie Chung and Peyton List a sneak peek. We chatted with Chapman and Craig while purusing the six looks, inspired by their global travels.

There probably isn’t a woman out there who doesn’t use ShopStyle to shop other retailers, so it makes perfect sense that the fashion search engine is finally launching their own capsule collection. The lucky brand they’ve teamed up with? Marchesa Voyage! The 6-piece limited-edition line launches on September 9 and will be sold exclusively on ShopStyle.com. Prices start at just $140, and the most expensive item – the gorgeous embroidered jacket Olivia Palermo was already snapped wearing – is $595.
ShopStyle.com is joining the designer collaboration craze. The fashion search engine is teaming up with Marchesa Voyage for its initial foray into partnership territory. The capsule collection will launch on Sept. 9. The site said it’s the first of more designer hook-ups to come. “We’ve done a few different collaborations for hair products and nail enamel and beauty tools, but not so much clothing,” said Keren Craig, half the Marchesa Voyage design team. “This is the first time we’ve done a capsule collection.”
